1. B2B Account Registration & Verification

• Trade Role Access: To unlock tiered wholesale pricing (Retailer, Wholesaler, Dealer, Distributor), users must create a business account and enter their business details.
• GST Tax Invoicing: We issue 100% GST-compliant tax invoices with Input Tax Credit (ITC) eligibility. Provide your valid 15-digit GSTIN during account signup or checkout.
• KYC Approval: Our B2B onboarding team verifies trade profiles within 24 hours to assign dedicated volume credit and commercial discount tiers.

2. Pack Multipliers & Wholesale Pricing Structure

Wholesale unit rates are strictly tied to standard factory pack multipliers to ensure optimal freight packing and carton protection:

• Sample Pack (1 Pc): Individual trial piece at competitive introductory rates.
• Inner Box (6 Pcs): Medium pack for neighborhood retail counters.
• Half Carton (12 Pcs): Tier-discounted wholesale box.
• Master Carton (18 / 24 Pcs): Deep factory-direct rates for high-velocity distributors and volume re-sellers.

3. Payment Terms & Commercial Invoicing

• Online Payment: Razorpay corporate card, net banking, and UPI for instant processing and priority queue dispatch.
• Bank Transfer (NEFT / RTGS / IMPS): Accepted for heavy container/truckload orders. Invoices are generated with our official bank beneficiary details.
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Advance: B2B COD orders require a minimum freight commitment advance to protect against non-acceptance at destination depots.

4. Freight Logistics & Transporter Booking

• All heavy master cartons are dispatched from our Rajkot central facility via road transport freight on a "To-Pay" freight basis (or pre-paid freight upon request).
• You may specify your preferred transporter or booking depot in your account or order notes.
• The Transporter Lorry Receipt (LR Copy) and B2B tracking number are emailed and messaged on WhatsApp immediately following booking.

5. Manufacturer Warranty & Product Support

Nita Kitchenware provides a limited 5-to-10 year warranty against manufacturing defects on all Tri-Ply cookware bodies and handle rivets. For warranty claims or trade disputes, our B2B desk coordinates prompt part replacements or credit adjustments.
