Supplier Compliance & Quality Assurance Rules
Nita Kitchenware connects verified kitchenware manufacturers, foundries, and wholesale distributors directly with retail buyers and commercial clients. All sellers applying to list products on Nita Kitchenware must undergo mandatory business verification, including GSTIN validation, manufacturing unit check, and food-grade material certification.
Sellers must guarantee that all listed cookware and tableware items conform to strict Indian and international quality standards:
Sellers are obligated to pack and dispatch confirmed orders within 24 to 48 hours of order notification. Packaging must use heavy-duty corrugated cartons (minimum 5-ply for ceramics and heavy cookware) to eliminate transport transit breakage.
In the event of a customer return caused by a manufacturing defect, incorrect item dispatch, or inadequate packaging by the seller, the reverse shipping fees and product cost will be debited to the seller's account. Payout settlements for completed orders are disbursed directly to the seller's verified bank account on a 7-day weekly cycle.
