1. Preamble & Acceptance of Terms

Welcome to Nita Kitchenware ("we", "us", "our", or "the Platform"). By accessing, browsing, registering an account, or placing an order on nitakitchenware.in or our official mobile applications, you ("Buyer", "Customer", "Dealer", "Retailer", or "User") agree to be bound by the following Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree to these terms, please refrain from using our services.

2. User Account Registration & B2B Verification

• Account Creation: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information (including full legal name, active mobile number, delivery address, and valid business credentials).
• B2B Trade Roles: Users registering under B2B tiers (Retailer, Wholesaler, Dealer, Distributor, Ecommerce) agree to furnish valid GSTIN and business registration documents upon request. Nita Kitchenware reserves the right to verify or adjust user tier privileges based on purchase volume and KYC verification.
• Credential Security: You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, passwords, and OTPs. All activities conducted under your account are your legal responsibility.

3. Product Specifications, Pricing & Bulk Pack Tiers

• Manufacturing Standards: All Tri-Ply cookware, induction saucepans, brass dinner sets, gas tandoors, and commercial hotelware are manufactured using virgin, food-grade materials adhering to strict Indian quality standards.
• B2B Wholesale Tiers: Wholesale unit pricing is linked to order quantities and bulk pack multiples (Sample Box, 6 Pcs Inner Box, 12 Pcs Half Carton, 24 Pcs Master Carton). Disconnecting or tampering with carton quantities may result in pricing adjustments to standard retail rates.
• Price Changes: Raw material metal prices (stainless steel, brass, copper, aluminium) fluctuate with market indices. Nita Kitchenware reserves the right to revise catalog prices without prior notice; however, confirmed and paid orders will be honored at the booked price.

4. Orders, Payments & Cash on Delivery (COD) Advance Fee

• Payment Gateways: We support 100% secure online transactions via Razorpay (UPI, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, EMI, Corporate Cards) and Direct Bank Transfer (NEFT/RTGS/IMPS for heavy wholesale consignments).
• Cash on Delivery (COD) Advance Deposit: To curb fraudulent bookings and cover high forward & reverse freight logistics costs on heavy kitchenware, COD orders may require a non-refundable advance freight commitment deposit (e.g. ₹200 or 10%–20% of order value). The remaining balance is payable to the delivery agent in cash or via UPI at the time of doorstep delivery.
• Order Acceptance: Placement of an order constitutes an offer to purchase. An order is confirmed only upon successful verification of payment/advance deposit and generation of an official Order ID.

5. Shipping, Logistics & Transporter Freight

• Doorstep Express Delivery: Retail and medium parcels are shipped via premier integrated courier partners (XpressBees, Delhivery, Shiprocket) with end-to-end AWB tracking.
• Heavy B2B Commercial Freight: Heavy palletized orders and master cartons are routed via commercial transport carriers (V-Trans, TCI, Safechem, Om Logistics, or buyer-nominated transporters) on a "To-Pay" freight basis or pre-calculated transport billing.
• Warehouse Pickup: Buyers electing "Warehouse Pickup" may collect goods directly from our Rajkot central facility within 7 working days of readiness notification.

6. Transit Damage, Replacement & Warranty

• Unboxing Video Protocol: To claim replacement for items damaged during transit or missing components, buyers must record an uncut, clear video while unboxing the parcel/wooden crate and report it within 48 hours of delivery via our WhatsApp support or helpline.
• Manufacturing Warranty: Nita Kitchenware provides a limited 5 to 10-year warranty on Tri-Ply base bonding integrity and handle rivets against manufacturing defects. Normal cosmetic wear, burn discoloration from dry heating, or damage resulting from abrasive scouring pads are excluded.

7. Limitation of Liability & Governing Law

In no event shall Nita Kitchenware, its directors, or affiliates be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from cookware misuse. These terms are governed strictly by the laws of India. Any legal dispute, claim, or proceeding shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Competent Courts at Rajkot, Gujarat.
