When creating an account on Nita Kitchenware, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and updated information. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, password, and OTP verification codes. Any activity occurring under your account remains your legal responsibility. Nita Kitchenware reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate security protocols or engage in fraudulent activities.
For commercial kitchens, hotels, catering partners, and retail distributors placing B2B bulk box orders, custom tiered pricing, MOQs, and freight quotes apply. Commercial invoices with valid GSTIN details will be generated for input tax credit claims. Custom branded or OEM products produced on request cannot be cancelled once manufacturing has commenced.
We support secure payments via Razorpay, Credit/Debit Cards, Net Banking, UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), and Cash on Delivery (COD) for eligible pincodes. All transactions are encrypted via SSL (TLS 1.3) protocols. Nita Kitchenware does not store raw card numbers or CVV details on its servers.
All logos, brand names, product designs, graphics, code, and editorial content on nitakitchenware.in are the intellectual property of Nita Kitchenware and its verified manufacturing partners. Unauthorized reproduction, scraping, or commercial exploitation of site assets is strictly prohibited.
Nita Kitchenware shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or services beyond the invoice value of the purchased goods. These terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in India.
